Tasting Notes

This is a trial and development project, working towards a permanent product. There is a beautiful bounty of apples grown in the Adelaide Hills, of many different types. We are aiming to produce a natural cider, blended from several apple varieties, with no additives or other junk. In the meantime, we are knocking out one-keg only versions, for the public to sample and comment on. So far, we have experimented with several yeast strains. We might even have a crack at a Perry one day.
